1. Artwork Description: Amazon World is offering NFTs featuring artwork created by Brazilian artist of Amazonian origin, Téo Braga. When you purchase an NFT, you also acquire the corresponding physical artwork, which is a hand-painted piece in either oil or acrylic on canvas, as described in the listing. The physical artwork will be sent as a gift to the buyer.
2. Physical Artwork Delivery as a Gift: Amazon World guarantees the delivery of the physical artwork as a gift to the first buyer. To receive the physical artwork, the first buyer is required to access confidential instructions available on OpenSea’s unlockable content page, which will guide them on how to easily claim their gift. This action is necessary to ensure that we are sending the gift to the correct recipient as per their instruction. The physical artwork will be dispatched to the Buyer within 5 business days, and all associated shipping and delivery costs will be covered by us.
Please note that Amazon World guarantees and takes full responsibility for delivering the physical artwork as a gift to the first NFT buyer. Once the physical artwork is delivered, we do not hold any further responsibility for subsequent transfers or transactions.
3. International Shipping: The physical artwork will be shipped to any country served by courier services. Please note that all expenses incurred in the destination country, including customs duties and other fees, will be covered by Amazon World until the delivery is complete. Any additional charges beyond that point will be the responsibility of the NFT buyer.
4. Shipping Costs: Amazon World covers the shipping expenses via courier, including any potential customs duties or fees imposed by the destination country, as mentioned in the previous section.
5. Certificate of Authenticity: Each artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity or Provenance issued in the name of the buyer or the individual they designate.
6. Processing and Shipping Time: All physical artworks are securely stored in our inventory for immediate dispatch. We will process and dispatch the artwork within 5 business days after receiving the shipping information from the NFT buyer. Please allow this time for processing and dispatch via courier.
7. Unframed Artwork: The purchased artwork will be dispatched unframed and in a tube format. Buyers have the flexibility to choose and arrange framing according to their preferences, ensuring it complements the intended display environment in terms of color and style.
8. Artwork Authenticity: Amazon World does not apply retouching or alterations to the photographs of the artworks. However, please note that there may be slight color differences between the NFT and the original artwork.
9. Artwork Size: Buyers are advised to carefully review the artwork’s advertised size. Artworks vary in size from very small to large, and the advertised size corresponds exactly to the physical artwork’s dimensions.
